The Workflow Designer is a fully web-based module with a simple and immediate interface that allows you to design workflows quickly: icons, badges, text boxes, panels, traffic lights, events. All available to make the workflow immediately understandable and easy to modify.
WORKFLOW ENGINE
The Workflow Engine is the component that starts processes, assigns tasks to users and advances them according to procedure. It also performs automatic tasks, applying the rules designed by the workflow designer. It is scalable by design, cross-platform and concurrent. It also exposes all functionality through APIs, so it is easy to integrate with external systems.
WORKFLOW DASHBOARD
ARXivar Workflow Dashboard displays immediately the status of processes, whether in progress or completed. It allows you to find the processes you want to analyse with just a few clicks thanks to customisable filters that give access to Workflow instance information.
